I come from a large family involved in rice farming till today, in Valencia. But the farm life was not for me so I left home early working as a chef in different parts of Spain. Meeting customers was very exciting for me so I got out of the kitchen and started accompanying visitors to the main parts of the cities that I lived in at the time. This gave me a good understanding of English and I taught them some Spanish.
Now after 20 years the internet is full of people asking the same questions before they travel and instead of meeting them in my city I can help them before they arrive.
In the summer I organize excursions to lesser seen parts of Spain for families who want to get away from the big cities.
